What we collect
Survey answers, broad location information, survey timing and a random device identifier used to detect duplicate submissions. Phone numbers, GPS coordinates and images are collected only when you choose to provide them.

Why we collect it
To understand marketplace needs, compare broad respondent groups, improve MicoCraftHub’s product decisions and operate the research programme safely.

How we use responses
Researchers analyse grouped patterns. Individual responses are not published, sold or used to make automated decisions about you.

Who can access it
Access to identifiable information is limited to authorised MicoCraftHub administrators and assigned researchers. Researcher access is role-controlled and important administrative actions are logged.

How long we keep it
Completed research responses are retained for the period configured by the research administrator and removed by scheduled maintenance. Resolved contact and withdrawal requests follow the same limit. Incomplete progress remains only on your device until you clear it.

Your choices
You may skip optional questions, decline GPS and uploads, stop before submission, or request withdrawal after submission using your response reference.
